Privacy
What this site collects when you write to us, where it goes, and how to have it removed.
When you send an inquiry or use the contact form, we receive your name, your email, your company if you give one, and your message. If you wrote about a specific creator, we also record which one.
When a creator applies to join, we receive their creator name, email, region, main content type, channel links and approximate reach.
That is everything the forms ask for. You never need an account to use this site.
The public roster lists the creators we represent: name, photo, region, platforms and audience size. If you are a listed creator and want something changed or taken down, tell us and we will do it.
Only to answer you, to pass your message to the right person on our team, and to review creator applications. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Your message is stored in our database with Supabase. Our team is notified by email, sent through Resend to our company mailbox on Google Workspace. The site runs on Vercel. These providers handle your information to provide those services to us.
We also post a short alert to a private team channel on Discord, so the right person sees it quickly. It shows your name, your company if you gave one, and the first part of your message. It never includes your email address.
The public pages set no cookies of their own, and we run no analytics, advertising or tracking pixels. Two things load from outside: our fonts come from Google Fonts, and when a page embeds a YouTube video, YouTube's player loads from YouTube. Your browser contacts those services directly when that happens, as it would on any site that uses them. Our hosting provider also handles technical details such as your IP address to deliver pages and keep the service secure.
The forms use a simple sum and a hidden field to keep bots out, and neither is stored. To slow down spam, the site briefly remembers, in memory only, that an address just sent a form. That is not saved.
We keep a message or application for as long as we need it to answer you and follow up. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form or reply to any email we sent you, and say what you would like. A person on the team will handle it.
